They can support eligible job seekers that have been laid off. It can, among other things, provide funds and grants to clients to train at a college, university, or other educational facility in Missouri. Funding sources and grants can be issued by the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Adult and Dislocated Worker Programs or Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA).
